Nagpur: 11 districts in the Vidarbha area together reported 4,040 new Covid cases on Thursday – 34 less than that on Wednesday.
But the recovery count also came to 5,221.
There are 14 covid deaths on the day.
Cases and deaths now come from other parts of the region too.
On Thursday, Nagpur reported five deaths, with four of the cities and one from the countryside.
Akola and Wardha reported three deaths at any time Chandrapur, Yavatmal and Amravati reported one death.
With 22,767 tests conducted in the region, the positive level was 17.7%.
The level has continuously decreased in February.
In Nagpur, 2211 of 9673 positive tests at a positive rate of 23%.
With more recovery and fewer cases reported in the last five days, the number of patients under care refused for 34,630.
The recovery rate also improves.

Bhandara: There are 300 new cases and 368 recovery.
The case expense reached 66,587, including 63,895 recovery and 1,138 deaths.
There were 1,554 patients under treatment.
