Jaipur: Covid cases are active in Rajasthan violating 300-mark (318) for the first time in five months on Sundays.
The state has reported 313 active cases on July 25.
In the last 24 hours, the country reported 62 fresh covid infections, the highest since July 9 when it has recorded the same number of cases.
Tally overall currently at 9,55,480.
Without victims of the chorrid reported in the last 24 hours, the victim reached 8,963.
Infections have increased rapidly over the past few days in several districts.
On Sundays, Jaipur reported 46 cases, the biggest surge in the last five months.
The last time the city reported more than 46 new infections on June 19 when 55 were tested positively.
“New cases of all cities.
We check their travel history and contact, but no one reports the history of travel or come into contact with foreign travelers,” said Dr.
Narrettam Sharma, Head of Medical Health Officer (Jaipur-I).
Sharma said because cases were riding in the city, people had to follow the behavior that fit Covid and took two doses of vaccines.
Ban 46 Jaipur cases, 4 cases were reported from Udaipur, 3 of each of Bikaner and Sriganaagar, each of the Ajmer and Pratapnagar and one from Sikar and Jodhpur.
