Covid Curbs: Part 144 in Noida until August 30

Noida: To cross the spread of Covid-19 ahead of the upcoming festival, the Government of Uttar Pradesh has decided to implement difficult steps such as impressive part 144 in the Gautam district of Budh Nagar from July 10 to August 30.
Worried about the possibility of threats for peace and law and order by anti-social elements during the upcoming festivals such as Shivratri, Raksha Bandhan, Bakri-ID, Janmashtami, Muharram, the state government has imposed section 144 in the district.
More than 50 people will not be allowed to enter religious sites at the same time.
Activities related to social, political, sports, entertainment, academic and cultural festivals and other meetings will not be permitted without the previous permission of the district administration.
All other activities will remain prohibited unless medical and essential services in each detention zone in the district.
The deputy commissioner of the police (law and command), Shraddha Pandey, said, “All the main festivals such as Shivratri, Bakri-ideas, Independence Day, Muharram, Raksha Bandhan and Janamashtami were celebrated in July and August.” “On this main occasion, Section 144 has been put in place in Gautam Budh Nagar Regency to prevent people from the Covid-19 contract, limiting the spread of infection and the possibility of disturbing peace and order in the state with anti-social elements.” Metro, buses and taxi services in the district will not be permitted to have more than 50 percent of occupancy.
Two people along with the driver will be permitted in automatic rickshaws, three people, including drivers in e-bect, and no more than four people will be permitted in four-wheeled vehicles.
The pool will remain closed in the district while no one will be allowed to sell or play audio, video tapes or CDs that are misleading and disturbing the shared harmony.
Eating while standing or sitting will not be allowed in Sweet, Street Food, and a fast food and restaurant shop.
The district government has explained that no one will be allowed to take a procession without prior permission and he will not be blocking the road.
