New Delhi: The day after being held that the promise of the minister’s head to residents is clearly “can be established,” the Delhi High Court on Friday told the Delhi government that he had to respect his promise to give the One Crore EX-Gratia Hospital to the family of a police officer who died of Covid 19 On line of Duty.

Your head minister cannot make an appointment for ABC reasons,” Rekha Palli justice verbally observed and referred to the assessment submitted on Thursday by the High Court which directed the AAP government to decide on the announcement of Arvind Kejriwal that if a tenant Bad can’t pay rent during the Covid-19 pandemic, the country will pay it.
“The minister’s chairman must respect his promises”, Palli’s justice observed while hearing the request to seek direction to the government to disburse the One Crore EX-Gratia Hospital promised to the family of the Delhi Police Constable, Amit Kumar’s wife at the husband’s death for Covid-19.
The judge gave the Delhi government to submit a certain additional document and register this issue for the August judge also referred to the assessment delivered by Justice Prathiba M Singh on Thursday where important appointments for citizens clearly “can be enforced”.
In this case, the court noted that the petition was mainly based on tweets issued by the minister’s chairman where he was categorically stated that Hospital One Crore would be given to members of Kumar Constable Amit’s family.
The Delhi government, in the answer was submitted in court, Kumar said it could not be given the amount because he was not deployed on the task of Covid-19.
The answer, submitted through the government’s stand advisor Delhi Santosh Kumar Tripathi, said Kumar case was examined in the case of the cabinet decision and he was not found closed because he was not deployed on the Covid-19 task by the Delhi government and the decision was sent to DCP, North-West at 2 November 2020.
Kumar’s wife Kumar Pooja, in the request submitted through Sundeep Song’s advocate Sehgal and Anand Prakash Sharma, said he ran from the pillar to the post to secure the compensation promised by the head of the Head of the Corner in Tweet on May 7, 2020, a day after the death of her husband.
The request refers to the Kejriwal tweet that stated, “Amitji did not care about his life and continued to serve Delhi people to us.
He was infected with Corona and died.
I pay homage to him on behalf of all Delhes.
His family will be given Ex-Gratia Rs 1 Crore .
“The court had previously issued a notice of the request where the woman filed that Kumar was the only breadwinner from the family and because of his death, he was in a terrible financial crisis.
The woman said her husband was the first person from the power to surrender to Covid-19 and that he was pregnant at the death of her husband and now has two children – one aged five years and five months.
