Covid Deaths Audit Panel Formed, said Telangana to HC

Hyderabad: The State Government on Thursday told the Telangana High Court that it has established a death audit committee in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic as directed by the center.
State special advice A SanthosK Kumar delivered this to the chairman of Judge Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice a Rajasheker Reddy who heard the PIL filed by the leader of the Dasoju Congress Sravan Kumar.
The applicant accused the state government to reduce Covid-19 death rates.
“The real numbers will be far more than the numbers shown by the state,” he said.
He looked for directions to the state to immediately form a death audit committee.
“KIN from the deceased will be eligible to receive Ex Gratia equal to RS 50,000 if death is stated as one connected to Covid-19 infection,” he said.
Country advice equipped with two Gos courts issued by the state on November 8 and 9 2021.

151 (November 8) and GO No.
1 (November 9) issued to notify things the same, “Santhosh said.
He looked for four weeks to file a counter.
However, the Petitioner’s advisor said Gos was not aligned with central guidelines.
The bench said it gave time to state to apply for his counter.
