Pune: The metropolitan area of Pune currently has 8,093 active cases – patients in home care or in hospitals.
On July 9, this figure is 10,381, which means a 22% decline in a month.
The Kaseload active city of Pune is around 2,000.
In Pimpri Chinchwad, the calculation drops to three digits.
Officials said the two regions had not recorded bursts in the case for some time now, with the daily Kaseload remained below 300.
However, it was a rural area, which continued to have a high number of active cases.
About 63% of PMR 8,093 covid patients in care are in a rustic bag.
A month ago, the part was 57%.
An official with Pune Municipal Corporation said the number of cases of everyday from the city had not exceeded 500 in a month.
“Daily Kaseload has been between 200 and 350 for the past few days.
On a few days, it dropped down to 200.
This dip has reduced actively kaseload to around 2,000,” the official said.
He added that the cases are now sporadic, without a large cluster report entering.
“We track contact all positive patients.
We also continue to have a swab collection center in every Ward Civic.” On Tuesday, PMC had a 2,051 active Kaseeload, with 226 new cases.
Around 200 patients are very important; 329 is on oxygen support.
Officials with Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said they had 812 active patients – the lowest in the region.
A PCMC official said it had urged all residents to get themselves tested if they suspected any symptoms.
As for Pune Rural, officials from the District Health Office said the detention steps were in the bag that had many patients.
Pune Rural currently reports between 400 and 800 new patients every day.
