OSMANABAD: Maharashtra deputy chief minister, Ajit Pawar on Friday reported the state authorities had mended Covid-19 treatment charges for towns, districts and tehsils and cautioned hospitals against charging greater than what was stipulated.
Addressing a media conference, Pawar said,”the state government has made auditors to confirm hospital statements amid the outbreak.” Earlier in the afternoon, Pawar, together with country health ministry Rajesh Tope, along with other elected officials and representatives had examined the coronavirus scenario in Osmanabad and Beed.
Pawar said there was no paucity of capital to attack the outbreak, including Rs 1 crore of this corpus of Rs 4 crore awarded to every MLA for development function must be invested on Covid-19 associated products.
He explained this limitation of Rs crore can be raised if there’s a demand for this.
“Districts with higher caseload and positivity rate are advised to improve testing, while authorities and civic authorities are directed to execute outbreak standards strictly so people do not let down their guard in places where the disease count is decreasing,” that the NCP leader stated.
Talking on harvest loans, Pawar said that it was being noticed that larger banks were funding affluent farmers and their inheritance were significantly less when compared to neighborhood cooperative banks (DCCs), along with a meeting could be held at Mumbai shortly to rectify the situation.
“Farmers will acquire interest-free harvest loans until July 15.
Collectors are guided to hold review meetings and make sure banks satisfy loan disbursement goals.
It’s been found that large banks are providing loans to people with big plots, and cultivation of sugarcane, grapes etc..
But, DCCs attempt to offer loans for as many farmers as possible,” the deputy CM stated.
