Lucknow: With four deaths Covid-19 again, victims at Uttar Pradesh increased to 22,754, while 36 new cases pushed the calculation to 17.08.226 in the country, according to a statement.
Of the four deaths, two reported from Unnao, while one death was reported from Ghazipur and Kannawa, the Uttar Pradesh government said in the statement.
It was said that among the 36 new cases, four reported from Deoria, while the three cases were reported from Allahabad, Gautam Buddh Nagar and Barbanki.
In the last 24 hours, 73 Covid-19 patients recovered from this disease, taking the total number of patients wasted so far in the country to 16,84,674.
There were 798 active cases in the state, the statement said.
In the last 24 hours, more than 2.25 samples were tested.
So far, more than 6.45 crore samples have been tested in the state, he said.
