Indicated that based on the guidelines, the state government has instructed all collectors to form the district level committee, which consists of additional district collectors, head of medical officer, and director of the Dean or with medical and rural health services besides experts, for the issuance of official documents in the format as Suggested by Union.
Recording Submission, Bench said: “It is expected that this guideline is strictly obeyed and the district level committee must ensure that in the case of deaths that have occurred on or before August 31, certificates that are in accordance with relevant guidelines are issued on October 31.” In terms of the certificate not It is issued in time or on several other reasons that cannot be maintained, will be open to affected individuals to increase complaints before the appropriate forum in accordance with the law, the court added.
