Covid: Karnataka continues to report a surge

Bengaluru: Witnessing a further surge in the case of Covid-19 daily, Karnataka on Monday reported 1,290 fresh infections and 5 deaths, taking a count of up to 30,10,847 and the death toll became 38,351.
From new cases, 1,041 came from Bengaluru Urban, because the city saw 134 disposal and 3 deaths.
The total active case now is at 11,345.
The state has registered a steady wave in fresh infections for the sixth day in a row, since last Wednesday, when Kasel Daily is 566.
There are 232 disposal today, with a total recovery to 29.61.122, said the health department bulletin.
While the level of participation for that day reached 1.60 percent, the case mortality rate (CFR) was 0.38 percent.
From death, three came from Bengaluru Urban, and each of Chitradurga, and Hassan.
Apart from Bengaluru Urban, Dakshina Kannada recorded the second high of 52 new cases, Udupi 43, and Dharwad 19.
The Urban District Bengaluru now has a total of 12,66,392 positive cases, followed by Mysore 1,80,338 and Tumaku 1.21,367.
According to the bulletin, Bengaluru Urban overcame the list among the release with 12,40,408, followed by MySuru 1.77,779 and tumakuru 1,20,158.
Cumulatively total 5.67.76,742 samples were tested in the state, where 80,409 was tested on Monday.
