Covid Leaf Height: Pvt Hompon Rope Kop on Consultant

Kolkata: With a number of doctors have not returned to work after serving the isolation period of their post-covid home, a private hospital in Kolkata has begun to get along with consultants, doctors, and juniors from other departments to fill them.
Although the first batch of Covid-positive medical officers has returned to work in most hospitals this week, more tested positively, keeping the gap remains intact.
Some hospitals said they planned to tie more from other departments and appoint medical officers and technicians while for them to not see changes in the situation for two weeks.
At the RN Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences (RTIICS), around 150 health workers remain infected with Covid and are in house isolation.
These include doctors, nurses, and support staff.
“So, providing unlimited care has become a big challenge.
To overcome the partial crisis, we plan to expand the clinical team for Covid management.
We have asked doctors from anesthesia, neuroscience, heart science and internal treatment to provide support in Covid’s critical care to a series Infection among health service workers ended, “said Zonal R Venkatesh.
The AMRI hospital has decided to bind to the Resident (RMO) medical officer from all departments and appoint a doctor while to temporarily fill for those in the house isolation.
The hospital now has 12 doctors, including consultants and RMOs, in house isolation after testing positive.
Some techniques too, in Amri are in house isolation.
They became temporarily replaced too.
“We have decided to use our RMO and appoint a temporary doctor to fill the gap.
Technicians are being hired temporarily due to the crisis.
The decision has been taken because we expect more our health workers to test positive and enter home isolation for the next few weeks,” said Amri spokesman.
At Ruby Hospital, six doctors are now in house isolation but services at Ward Covid have not been affected.
“Fortunately, we have enough consultants in internal medicine that serve covid patients.
But with groups of doctors and nurses who are constantly affected, lacks not ruled out in the near future and we are preparing it,” said General Manager (Operations) Subhashish Datta.
In other hospitals, such as Medica Superspecialty and Belle Vue Clinic, the first group of infected doctors had just joined work.
“At present, we don’t have a doctor’s crisis.
But this seems to be a sustainable process with so many infected every day.
So, the exigence can occur at any time,” said Medica Chair Personal Alok Roy.
