Sydney: New Zealand will stop arrangements for quarantine-free travel with Australia for at least eight weeks from Friday night, said Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, because Australia against a very contagious virus variant of the Delta variant.
“We always say that our response will evolve when the virus evolves.
This is not a decision that we take lightly, but it is the right decision to maintain the security of New Zealand,” Ardern said to reporters in Auckland.
