Jaipur: Three private schools here have been presented by a notification by school education director joined on Wednesday after alleged abuse in recovering students’ costs and restrictions to attend online classes.
Seedling Public School, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipuria School, Milaap Nagar, and members of the school parliament in Pratap Nagar, Tilak Nagar and Chaura Rasta have been presented by the Director Joint School Education Ghanshyam Dutta Jaat.
His complaint was made by Abhibhavak Ekta Sangh Sangh Manish Vijayvargiya.
Vijayvargiya said the parents of children from three schools had caused different problems.
“Public school seeds have refused to provide a transfer certificate to a student because he cannot pay fees.
Children’s parents have written to us that because of a pandemic, he cannot pay a full fee but the school does not consider it and refuse to give TC,” Vijayvargiya said .
Likewise, in the group of parliamentary members allegations of schools have been made that the cost committee is formed without consulting parents in any problem and without following the Guidelines of the Rajasthan school law.
Another accusation was made by parents that the school prohibited students from attending online classes because they did not pay fees.
The accusation was leveled in Jaipuria’s school that he stopped the online class because he did not pay fees, even though it was in accordance with the Supreme Court guidelines, the school was not allowed to do it.
All schools have denied claims made by parents.
The CEO and Director of Sandeep Bakshi public school seeds said this claim was wrong and the class of all students was running well.
“We haven’t stopped any student classes.
In online and offline mode, the class is active,” Bakshi said.
The Principal of MPS Ashok Vaid said the allegations made by parents were fake and school governments had followed all legal procedures to form a committee of fees and no students spread from online classes.
