NEW DELHI: For More than a hundred Bnei Menashe Jews out of Manipur Visiting Israel, Covid-19 Established a damper.

On Monday, hours prior to checking out in their Karol Bagh resort for Indira Gandhi International Airport, 40 of these tested positive for Covid.
They Are at Guru Tegh Bahadur Covid Care Centre, controlled by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee.
Officials in the Covid facility said the 40 included mostly mild instances.
But, five were recognized to have acute disease, and Delhi authorities moved them to Lok Nayak Hospital.

“Being Jewish descent, the team was intending to visit Israel to repay.
Under Israeli law, they’re qualified for citizenship,” explained Bhullar.
