Covid + test staff at Presidential Retreat, President of Ram Nath Kovind to stay at a Private hotel in Shimla

Shimla: President of RAM Nath Kovind will stay at a private hotel here instead of the president retreat, where he usually stays, during his visit from Thursday to Himachal Pradesh, where he will overcome the state assembly session.

Previously, Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar told the media here on Tuesday that President Kovind would discuss the state assembly special session on Friday at 11 am to mark the Jubilee Golden Himachal Pradesh.
Kovind will be the third president to overcome the Himachal Pradesh Assembly.
Then President APJ Abdul Kalam and Pranab Mukherjee addressed the State Assembly in 2003 and 2013, he said.

Ninety-three former MLA, including Kumar and Dhumal, have given their approval to attend special sessions, said the speaker.
Five members of parliament from the state and seven former parliamentarians will also attend the session, he said.
The photo of the president’s group with the current and ex legislators will also be considered a memory in the assembly, he added.
According to the schedule, the President will reach Annadale Helipad at Shimla on September 16 at 12 noon through Chandigarh from Palam Delhi Airport.
Furthermore, he will reach Cecil hotels in Chaura Maidan around 12.25 in the afternoon, said state government officials.
President Kovind will discuss the Special Session of Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha on Friday starting at 11am to 12 noon, the official said.
At night on Friday, he will attend a cultural program at 7:30 a.m.
and a banquet by the Governor of the State at 8pm, he added.
On September 18, the President would be the main guest at the Valedictory ceremony of the Audit Service and Indian account (IAAS 2018 officer official and a collection of 2019) at the National Academy of Audit and accounts at Shimla starting at 11am to 12 noon, the official said.
On September 19, he would reach Annadale Helipad at 11.15 in the morning to go to Palam Airport in Delhi through Chandigarh.
He will reach Rashtrapati Bhavan at 1.35Indipm on Sunday, according to the official.
Meanwhile, Deputy Deputy Shimla, Judge Aditya Negi has limited the road from Kennedy Chowk to Boileauganj through Chaura Maidan during the President’s visit from Thursday to Sunday to ensure security and order and order.
