Covid: The rate of recovery is very low in Telangana, say officials

Hyderabad: Data Survey fever shows that there is only a level of recovery of 22% among symptomatic patients identified by health officials throughout the city.
Since January 21, Medical and Health District Officials (DMHO) identified that there were 9,887 people who showed Covid-related symptoms in the Hyderabad district.
Of these, 7,714 symptomatic patients are still monitored by health officials.
On Wednesday only, the 789 fever survey team identified 1,849 additional symptoms of 44,016 homes visited.
Overall, 2.5 lakh houses have been visited by the number of cumulative teams of 5,008.
Apart from the recovery rate indicated by the survey, officials showed that there was no harmful trend in Covid’s death in the city.
“Third Covid waves only show mild symptoms among people who test positive even if needed a little longer in recovery,” said a senior DMHO official.
