Covid Up: 624 New Cases, 1 Death Report

Varanasi: Varanasi District on Friday recorded the first death because of Covid-19 in the third wave.
According to a daily medical bulletin, a 25-year-old young man in the Baragaon area was treated at the Bhu Hospital for treatment after testing Covid-19 positive.
Meanwhile, 624 people from 7,305 test reports were tested positive for Covid-19, while 611 patients including 610 in house isolation and one in hospital facilities was declared cured.
A total of 10 patients were treated at hospital facilities on Friday.
KabupatenBallia reported 48 new cases of Koronavirus infection on Friday.
However, 52 patients were declared cured.
At present, there are 342 Covid-19 active cases in the Ballia.in Chandauli district, 107 people including 49 women who were positively tested for Covid-19 while 119 patients were declared recovered on Friday.
Sample 1,795 people were collected for testing.
