Covid Vax that will be managed in the clinic every day: KMC

Kolkata: Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) will hold a covid-19 inoculation drive at the City Health Clinic All seven days a week, starting Monday, Chairman of the Civic Body Administrator Board, Firhad Judge, while also observing the Rush for the first Jab “far more” than The second.
Judge, who is also the Minister of State Transportation, further said that the Civic body has infrastructure to vaccinate as many as one lakh people a day.
Previously, drives were held on certain days of the week.
“The number of people visiting the health clinic to get the first dose is far more than what will come for the second dose.
We cannot manage in a hurry for the first Jab,” said the Judge told reporters here.
The first dose will be given in the morning and the second dose after 3:00 p.m., he added.
At least 3,57,27,819 people in Bengal have been inoculated with Covid-19 vaccine so far.
