Covid victims of Hercules’s body might be extracted

Chennai: Supplying Excavation and Exchange Reviving Dr.
Simon Hercules, a doctor who died of Covid-19 in April 2020, The Greater Chennai Corporation attracted his appeal to a side court order.
Because of the protest by residents near Kilpauk’s grave, Simon had to be taken to Vellangadu’s cemetery and buried there.
His wife then moved the High Court who was looking for permission to explore his body and seize it at Kilpatuk.
On March 31, one judge allowed excavation and extinguisher of happiness.
However, GCC appealed the order, and lived under the division bench on April 16.
On Thursday, the corporation was looking for leave to attract appeal and notify the civic body decision bench.
Record submission, the division bench headed by Justice M M Sundresh disbanded appeal as withdrawn.
The single judge has passed orders in the field that the two Covid-19 guidelines were issued by the central government and who had explained that the infection would not be contracted from the corpse.
Because India or many other countries do not have laws on excavation of corpses, judges after several studies decided to rely on Irish laws – local government (sanitation service) – to fill the ‘legislative vacancy’ on this problem.
“This court, after reading and examining the protection adopted in Ireland for the purpose of excavation, is of a view that is considered that until then when the laws on excavation occurred in India, the same protection must be followed when digging from Simon,” said a single judge ,
