Gurgaon: A total of 75 government session sites will be established on Sundays to manage the first and second covid vaccine with the first served basis.
Of the 75 sites, Covaxin will be available on four sites and sputniks will be given to the polyclinic in the sector 31.
“While the covishield will be given to 70 session sites for the first and second doses on Sundays, Covaxin will be given at four sites, which includes Sai Dharamshala in Badshapur, primary health center in Tigra and Manesar and Community Center in Chauma.
There will be 100 slots on each site, “said Dr.
MP Singh, District immunization officer.
Site sessions where covishield will be provided including DLF-5 clubs, community centers in galpahari, government schools in Fazilpur, primary health centers in Wazirabad, Rajiv Nagar, Naharpur Rupa, Gurgaon Village, Nathupur, Gandhi Nagar, and Gandhi Nagar.
Meanwhile, Gurgaon activated 21,978 people on Saturday of them 17,621 people were in the age group of 18 to 44 years, while 3,873 were over 45 years old.
As many as 216 are health workers and 268 frontline workers.
A total of 95 session sites were established across private and government facilities on Saturdays.
Gurgaon on Saturday reported four new Covid-19 cases.
