New Delhi: CPM has decided to drop the age ceiling for its central committee members to 75 years from 80 years, a step aimed at instilling fresh blood into the party.
This was decided at the Central Committee meeting, the highest decision-making agency from the party who chose Politbiro, which was held from August 6 to 8.
