Crash Lone Survivor Airlifted to Bengaluru

Udhagamandalam: Captain of the Varun Singh Group, who was survived in a helicopter accident in the Nilgiris district in Tamil Nadu and was in care at a military hospital in Wellington, flown to Bengaluru on Thursday for higher treatment.
The commander of the regimental center of Madras Brigadier Rajeshwar Singh told TII, “Captain of the Varun Group Singh shifted to Bengaluru for higher treatment.” The source of the hospital said the vital part functions well.
The IAF MI-17V5 helicopter carrying 14 people crashed into Kattery near the coonor on Wednesday claiming 13 lives including the head of the General Chief of Staff Bipin’s Defense and his wife.
