Crew members were found dead after Denmark, the British ship collided in Baltic

Stockholm / Copenhagen: One of the two members of the Danish crew missing from the reverse barge had been found dead in the stomach after a collision last night on Monday with a British cargo ship with a busy Baltic sea route in Sweden.
Karin Hoj Barge 55 meters and Carrier Scot 90 meters sailed in the same direction of Bornholm Island when they hit the fog and darkness at 3:30 a.m.
(0230 GMT), said maritime institutions in Denmark and Sweden.
At least nine boats and helicopters combed the water near the row of debris, while Karin HOJ was reversed with a more shallow waters so that the Swedish diver can investigate the stomach without risk being dragged.
It can’t last long without protective equipment at a sea temperature about 4 centigrade, but there is hope that the couple might live in a air bag in the stomach.
However, the Swedish maritime government (SMA) and police said one person was found dead on the boat, while the others were still missing.
Criminal investigation even though there was a fog during the accident, Danish meteorological institutions said it was not dense and his condition was unusual for this year.
Swedish prosecution authorities said in a statement, the initial investigation was ongoing into several suspected crimes: great negligence in maritime traffic, causing death through negligence, and sea poisoning.
It was said by two suspects, a British and one Croatian, had been detained and it could not provide further details due to the initial nature of the investigation.
With events that seem to have been fast, the Danish defense joint operation center (JOC) said there was no lifeboat of other emergency marks or equipment used by the crew of two people Karin Hoj.
“I can confirm the accident, but I don’t know the situation,” Soren Hoj, Managing Director of Hoj rederiets who had Karin Hoj, told Reuters.
The barge sailed from Sodertalje in Sweden to Nykobing Falster in Southern Denmark, while Scot carrier sailed to Montrose on the East Coast of Scotland.
The Scotline British ship owner said it was unable to comment on the details but helped local authority.
High school said the Danish ship was empty of cargo and it was not clear what if the British ship was brought.
The waters between Sweden and Denmark see a lot of maritime traffic in large quantities.
Collisions rarely occurred in 2006 a Danish small ship sank after an accident with a Swedish boat, with all the crew saved life after being released.
