Ranchi: National Crime Recording Report (NCRB) Report ‘Crime in India 2020’ has revealed that Jharkhand enrolled the number of very high crimes, including murder and violations related to the caste scheduled (ST) and Mahar.
The NCRB figures released on Wednesday said the murder rate in Jharkhand in 2020 was 4.2%, which was the highest among all countries.
Haryana with a 3.9% number comes second.
The rate is determined based on the total number of incidents and total populations.
Jharkhand, projected in the population in mid 2020 was 3.81 crore, recorded 1,592 murder incidents.
In the case of absolute figures, Uttar Pradesh with 3,779 cases above but the tariff was only 1.7%.
In Jharkhand, the highest number of murder occurs for personal benefits as a motive followed by Vendetta and hostility (269), affairs of love (62), dowry (56) and prohibited relationships (36).

Karnataka with 4.6% is second while the national average is 1.6%.
The state also registered 1,518 dowry cases where 1,535 people were victims.
The population of women projected that year was 185.9 lakh.
Jharkhand also recorded the highest number of cases under SC, the prevention of ATROCITIES ACT with 180 figures while Rajasthan was second in 29 cases.
As many as 479 cases related to various SCs, ST Acts were recorded in Jharkhand, which was the second highest.

In violations of the state category (wagging against the country), Jharkhand is listed above.
The state is also above in terms of gambling with 21 cases and lotteries with 18 cases.
Many countries, however, record zero cases under the category of gambling and lottery.
With the number 55 cases, Jharkhand also registered the number of second highest violations of public peace.
In terms of human trafficking, the state is right behind Maharashtra (154) and Telangana (104) with 103 cases.
Commenting on law and order in the Vis-A-Vis Country NCRB report, former President of the Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry Jharkhand, Deepak Kumar Maroo, said, “Law and order are among the main things that investors see before putting their money in which area Even.
