The Magistrate Court on Wednesday issued an unregal warrant against Singh in a case of extortion.
This is the third non-translucent warrant issued to it.
State secret reports are believed to have stated that Singh is in Chandigarh.
Last month, the Thane Court and the 37th Metropolitan Court issued a warrant that was unwearedly against Singh in connection with two extortion cases registered with it and others.
Singh went on leave in May this year quoted a health problem after he wrote to the main minister Uddhav Thackeray made serious corruption charges against the minister in the country.
He was not on duty since then.
