Criminal case against 25% of candidates in phase-I: ADR

Noida / New Delhi: Twenty-five percent of candidates in the first phase of the upper assembly election have a criminal case against them, including 12 accused of committing crimes against women and six were charged with murder, according to Advocacy of the ADR group polling reform.
