Jammu: The Jammu and Kashmir (ANTF) duty unit (ANTF) on Thursday claimed to break the cross-border narcotics smuggling racket with the arrest of three people including a former waiter with Heroin Hero who was worth RS 14 Crores who recovered from their ownership.
