Mumbai: Special Court here on Saturday given a guarantee for alleged drug sellers Aachit Kumar and eight others arrested by NCB after raids cruise ship from Mumbai beach and drug confiscation.
Actor Shah Shah Rukh Khan Aryan who was among those who were arrested received guarantees from the Bombay High Court two days ago and were released from prison on the day.
Of the 20 people captured by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) after the raid on October 2, 14 had a guarantee so far.
On Saturday, V V V Patil, a special judge for cases under narcotics narcotics and psychotropic substances (NDPS) acting cases, given guarantees up to nine accused.

NCB has claimed that it had caught Aachit Kumar based on Aryan Khan’s statement and Arbaaz Merchant.
Kumar was used to provide medicines to Aryan, it was allegedly.
Another accusation that received a guarantee during the day was NuPur Satija, Gomit Chopra, Gopalji Anand, Samir Sehgal, Manav Singhal, Bhaskar Arora, Shreyas Nair and Ishmeet Singh.
They will attend the NCB office here every Monday between 1:00 noon to 4:00 a.m.
until the filing sheet archiving, the court said.
The defendant should not damage the evidence or affect witnesses, and must work together for the initial conclusion of the trial, he said.
They will not commit a similar violation when guaranteed, the court warns.
Following the request by their lawyers, the court said the defendant could be released with cash depositification of 50,000 respectively.
Previously, a special court has allowed a bail request from Manish Rajgaria and AVIN Sahu in the same case.
However, it was denied guarantees to Aryan Khan, Arbaz Merchant and Mummum Dhamecha before that.
Trio must move the Bombay High Court to relieve.
