New Delhi: Chairman of the Minister of Delhi Arvind Kelamwal, his representatives and the others on Monday asked by the court to respond to the request submitted by the former Chief Secretary of Anshu Prakash challenges their dismissal in a case of alleged attack on it in 2018.

The court directed the kejriwal, sisodia and other AAP – Rajesh Rishi, Nitin Tyagi, Praveen Kumar, Ajay Dutt, Sanjeev Jha, Rituraj Govind, Rajesh Gupta, Madan Lal, and Dinesh Mohania – To submit their reply on November 23, when the court will then hear this problem.
In addition, the court also issued a notification for Ala Mlaas Amantullah Khan and Prakash Jarnal against whom the court had commanded the accusation.
Senior Advocate Sidharth Luthra and Advocate Kumar Vaibhav, appeared for Anshu Prakash, urging the judge to override the orders passed by the Masters Court and direct him to frame the allegations against all charges.
The request stated that the Masters Court was wrong in releasing kejriwal and others in August.
Anshu Prakash also looks for additional cost framing including 506 (criminal intimidation) IPC against Khan and Jarwal.
“The trial court has conducted a fishing and traveling investigation into charges in Chargesheet, and has drawn wrong conclusions and conclusions without having the benefits of examining witnesses.
The Masters Court has issued a kejriawal, saying that the stress is clearly not in the consultance on the accusation leveled against it.
Regarding Khan and Jarwal, the court said that the case of the Prima Facie was made against them to go further with the trial after framing the charges against them.
Kejriwal, Sisodia and nine other MLA AAP were given guarantees in October 2018.
Amanatullah Khan and Prakash Jarnal were given a previous guarantee by the High Court.
