Kanpur: Deputy Chhatrapati Chancellor Shahuji Maharaj University, Prof.
Vinay Kumar Pathak on Sunday made a surprise inspection at Vikramajit Singh Sanatan Dharma College (VSSD College) Kanpur.
During his visit, representatives of Chancellor examined the laboratory, library, student presence.
In class, curriculum courses and college infrastructure.
He interacted with teachers and other staff to overcome the challenges of decreasing acceptance in universities affiliated with Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University.
He said it needed a college to adopt the changes that occurred so they did not become obsolete.
For this, colleges need to start a new more centric course, he suggests.
Universities affiliated with the University of Kanpur have the potential to easily cancel the current student’s intake scenario by adopting the same radical change as the CSJMU which is embraced in terms of technological advancements, he said and adding that the culture of a pen and paper needs to be shifted into the digital scope in all universities tall.
In the decline in the popularity of universities affiliated with the University of CSMU, VC suggested the management of college to start vocational.
Courses for undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Hindi and in English while adding more seats to existing courses in college.
He said laboratories, libraries, and classes need to be improved.
The University is willing to provide all assistance to implement this change, he continued.
