New Delhi: The Central Secondary Education Council (CBSE) will conduct further editions of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in December 2021 or January 2022.
This time the CTET examination December 2021 will only be done in online mode.

According to the Director of CTET from this year, the question papers will be developed to assess fewer factual knowledge and more conceptual understanding, applications, problem solving, reasoning, and critical thinking.
The focus will assess the understanding of candidates about teaching subjects, their pedagogical content knowledge, the relevance of their knowledge of the subject in the school curriculum, and other dimensions of subject teaching – such as knowledge of pedagogical content that includes questions that assess teaching planning -Learning experience, strategies to develop conceptual clarity , the use of learning learning tools, and special assessment methodologies for the concept.
CTET Online examination in accordance with a strict Covid protocol will ensure not only security but will facilitate the processing and declaration of faster results.
The CBSE will establish facilitation centers in districts where candidates will be given facilities (free of charge) to try mock online tests.
Detailed notifications about the schedule for submitting the online application form for CTET examination and the check date will be issued immediately by CBSE.
