Bhubaneswar: Three people, including minor, Wer E on Thursday was arrested from Bharatpur for allegedly killing a woman aged 23 years.
He was found dead in a mysterious state on January 10.
The deceased was identified by police such as Surekha Palei from the Brahmagiri Puri area.
He used to work in the beauty room here.

The day before the incident, Jena had arranged a party and invited her friend, Manas Patra, and a child (all of whom had been arrested) to his house.
Since Surekha is his neighbor, he also called him at night.

When he didn’t respond, he had peered from the sky and found it hanging on the roof ceiling.
Jena then raised her two friends and entered the room where Surekha was found hanging.
Feeling the problem, Jena with the help of her two friends had taken her body from her house and dumped her at her house, police officer said.
