Nagpur / Nashik / Aurangabad: When violence erupted in various parts of Amravati during Saturday’s call on Saturday with Safron’s clothes, the police imposed a four-day night at night and also closed the internet there.
Bandh’s call Saturday was in response to Friday protest demonstrations by Muslim organizations to condemn the violence recently in Tripura.

Internet services will remain suspended for three days to prevent the spread of rumors that fuel violence, the City Police Commissioner said Singh.
On Saturday, hundreds of people, many of them held the Safron flag and raised the slogan, came out on the streets in the Rajkamal Chowk area.
Some people threw stones at stores in Rajkamal Chowk and other places, police said, adding that Lathi police demanded demonstrators to bring the situation under control.
To help the police there, around one hundred police and 10 officers from Nagpur were sent.
Also, one or two companies from the State Reserve Police (SRPF) are expected to reach Amravati immediately.
Except for medical emergencies, people are not permitted out of the house.
Nashik’s rural police have so far been booked close to 1,500 people on charges of riots, robbery, efforts to kill and attack.
Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said violence in Amravati and other places aimed at disrupting the Government of Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA).
The opposition leader Devendra Fadnivis said wrong to regulate demonstrations in the state for events that “never happened”.
Meanwhile, the Interior Ministry said that news reports circulated on social media about vandalism in a mosque in Fake Tripura and was a fact of representation of facts.
There was no damage to the mosque in the Kakraban area of the Gomati Tripura District, Mha said.
