Cut the diesel price is not enough to reduce shipping, the truck driver said

Nagpur: Pieces customs in the middle has made gasoline and diesel is cheaper by Rs5.82 and Rs12,18 per liter, in the city.
On Friday, gasoline is RS109,71 per liter and diesel Rs92.53 per liter.
In the center is much like Sironcha in Gadchiroli, Gasoline and Diesel respectively sold in RS112.11 and RS94.85.
If commuters may get a small respite from rising gasoline prices were rushed to the RS120 per liter, the truckers said diesel price reduction is not sufficient for rollback in the delivery.
As diesel is now in a liter mark RS100, compressed natural gas (CNG), green fuels, have become more expensive.
CNG in the city are in Rs99,99 per liter.
Vehicles using CNG has a mileage slightly higher than running on diesel.
A further reduction in gasoline and diesel prices made possible by the state government also announced cuts in VAT.
At present, VAT is charged at 15.96% on the value arrived after adding the transport commission, excise and dealers at the basic rate.
Pieces suddenly has left dealers in losses, say owners of retail outlets.
Fuel is purchased at a higher level but now sold more cheaply.
Kukku Marwah of truckers Nagpur Unity said, “The price of gasoline and diesel each rose RS28 and RS35 per liter, more than a year.
Reducing this time only to named.
The carrier can pay for a reduction in the goods only if the diesel became cheaper by Rs20 per liter .
“Gasoline has passed the RS100 pins on May 29 touched RS100.07.
At that time the diesel is already on top of RS90, at Rs 90.67 per liter.
In November, the two fuel becomes more expensive by around RS15 and RS14, respectively.
Now, even after the duty cut gasoline and diesel is more expensive than the level in May.
Marwah said that currently shipping from Nagpur to Mumbai is Rs2.500 a Ton, Rs2.800 to Chennai and Kolkata and Rs4.000 for Rs3.500 to Delhi.
“Ideally, Diesel should be in RS70 per liter.
In this case the delivery should be down more than Rs1.000 tons for many sectors,” said Marwah.
Viren Thakkar of Logistics Parks (India) Private Limited, said that the direct impact of the reduction will only be seen next week.
“However, the reduction in fuel prices is not enough to bring the desired effect on shipping,” he said.
Nitin Khara, Chairman of Confidence Petroleum, a company in Nagpur, said that the government should extend the tax benefits to green fuels like CNG as well.
Confidence Petroleum has a CNG filling station in Bengaluru and those for auto LPG in Nagpur.
Green fuel prices need to be competitive to incentivize their use.
CNG is more expensive by more than Rs40 in Nagpur compared to the big cities because there is no city gas distributor (CGD) here.
CGD is the main supplier for a particular area.
CGG can make a reservation of the company to ensure cheaper supply.
Currently, the outlet should be bought at the current price of the company’s marketing makes CNG expensive here.
CGD around for deals scheduled for next month by the Board of Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulation (PGNRB).
On the other hand, is in the RS76 Auto LPG per liter.
LNG, other alternative fuels, is in the RS67 per liter.
Pranav Sharma of Baidyanath Group, The Lone suppler in Nagpur, saying that they can keep costs down by avoiding tariffs.
Further reductions are expected as an increase in production.
Sharan autorickshaw driver Hulke said that reducing the price of gasoline to RS109 only bring additional savings of Rs20 more than the daily income.
Previously, he had been left with a margin of Rs150 to RS500 RS200 after spending on fuel.
“Now, maybe a little more,” he said.
