New Delhi: Congress is likely to hold a Congress Work Committee meeting on Tuesday to discuss the political situation and organizational polls, in what tends to set a stage for a possible storm session in the party.
The leader of the Senior Congress and G-23 member Ghulam Nabi Azad, in a letter to the Chairman of Congress Sonia Gandhi recently, demanded that the CWC meeting be called to discuss party issues, including internal polls.
The source said the CWC meeting could also be pushed on October 16, considering the festival season.
