Bhubaneswar: The cyber criminals continued to attack with impunity with senior IPS officers Susanta Kumar Nath, Anuj Tripathy, who was a doctor, became their target this time.

Tripathy, who declined to comment when contacted by Toi, then wrote in his complaint that he had found an invalid transaction with RS 2,000 tones from his debit card on March 15, 2019.

The debit card was blocked on April 26, 2019 after the right verification by the bank.

Tripathy also filed a complaint with the Ombudsman Bank and urged them to return the lost money.
The crime branch said they were investigating this case.
“We have registered the case and check the transaction.

Usually such debit card fraud happens only when users share their PIN with others,” said a crime branch officer.
