Modi also declared Rs 500 crore aid for West Bengal and Jharkhand.
Modi declared the bundle after chairing a review interview in addition to chief minister Naveen Patnaik followed closely by an airborne survey of Balasore and Bhadrak districts at Odisha besides Purba Medinipur at West Bengal.
