CZA’s week-long events on Env Day to Kickstart today

Nagpur: Central Zoo Authority’s week-long World Environment Day events with Attention on Gorewada Rescue Centre and Wildlife Research and Training Centre (WRTC) will Detach from May 31.

The effort aims at creating awareness for conservation identified 75 rampant animal species during ongoing public participation across 75 months, beginning from March 12, 2021, and finishing on August 15, 2022.
One species has been celebrated per week showcasing its own uniqueness together with data about its conservation status.
The six-day occasions will soon be inaugurated on Monday in PCCF office at Civil Lines.
It’ll Be addressed by PCCF (wildlife) Nitin Kakodkar, FDCM managing manager N Vasudevan, Mafsu vice-chancellor Dr AM Paturkar along with CZA member-secretary SP Yadav.
Many experts on several subjects will direct the participants in the digital event.
The six-day occasions are packaged with webinars on subjects such as saving creatures in human-dominated landscape, tiger conservation and behavioural intervention, wildlife forensics, direction of large felids in zoos and safe areas, preserving India’s critters — accomplishments and struggles one of several different topics.
