Letter: The state government will extend the prohibition on the transfer of immovable property and the provisions of tenants from the eviction from the disturbed place.
Laws also known as disturbed areas act for five years in several areas falling under eight.
The extension was announced after three BJP MLA and several board members made a representation for it.
Some areas that fall under Jurisdiction of Athwa, Salabatpura, Chowk Bazaar, Mahidharpura, Police Station Saiyedpura and Lalgate are borne since October 2017, while several regions in Limbayat and Rander police were added on March 14 last year.
As the term action in these areas ended on July 30 and July 31, respectively, it was decided to expand it for five years, by collecting district mail.
In accordance with the law, property owners who fall below this area cannot sell their property to people from other religions without taking permission from the district collectors.
The state government states that the law will provide protection to citizens of anti-social elements that take traits through other illegal threats and methods.
