“We were taken to the notification of the Notification of the Bombay High Court from January 20, 2017, which relates to Gujarat Forensic Reports and said that the CBI must clarify its position on whether it rely on this report because of the same important for the defense to prepare the case,” Salsingsinsarsar said to Ti.
Prakash Public Prosecutor Prakash Suryavanshi told TII, “The Special Court Looking for Reasons from Defense Lawyers such as what legal provisions requested by Plea (for Forensic Reports) are being submitted.
The court asked for the defense to argue about documents based on the documents supplied by CBI .
