Pune: The number of Daily Covid-19 cases fell below 1,000 in the city limit on Thursday because Tally cases for the metropolitan area fell to 1,653.
In addition, 4,129 recovery was recorded in the region in the last 24 hours.
Health officials said the current trend was in line with the views of experts from Waning Omicron Wave in PMR.
By Thursday, the total case in PMR has increased above 14.41 lakh, while the total recovery has increased above 14 lakh, data issued by the District Health Office shows.
A total of 16,924 samples were examined in the region on Thursday.
With this, the day’s first level for PMR has dropped below 10% to 9.7%.
Among the tests on Thursday, more than 6,000 samples were examined in the PMC and PCMC areas each, while 3,627 tests were carried out within the boundaries of rustic and Cantonese.
The decline in everyday cases encourages the calculation of active patients in the region to 17,343.
These included 16,039 patients in house insulation and the rest (1,304) were treated in various hospitals.
Thirteen more patients gave up on infections in the region on Thursday.
While the PMC area recorded seven deaths, five deaths were reported in the PCMC area and one of the rural areas.
Regional mortality points have increased to 19,622.
