New Delhi: The Covid-19 Daily case in India will begin to decline after 15 February, the government’s official sources said on Monday.
“Covid cases in the country declined after 15 February.
Cases have begun to reduce and stabilize in several states and metro,” said Sumber Ani.
Emphasizing Covid-19 vaccination has reduced the third wave impact, further government sources added, “The Ministry of Health Unio coordinates with the state and the United States.
74 percent of the adult population is fully vaccinated.” India on Monday reported a decrease in Covid-19 infection daily as the country recorded 3,06,064 new Covid-19 cases with more than 20 percent of the Ministry of Keposititivity, the Ministry of Health and family welfare.
In accordance with government data, new infections are 27,469 less than reported on Sunday.
However, the daily level of peposititivity rose to 20.75 percent from 17.78 percent yesterday.
The ministry said that India’s active Kaseload was currently at 22,49,335.
This accounted for 5.69 percent of the total cases.
Government data shows that 439 people give up on the virus in the last 24 hours.
The death toll is now at 4,89,848.
The case fatality rate is 1.24 percent.
With 2,43,495 people recovering from infection in the last 24 hours, cumulative recovery was installed up to 3.68.04.145.
Meanwhile, in the ongoing Covid-19 vaccination drive, the 162.26 crore vaccine dose has been given so far.
With administration of more than 27 doses of lakh vaccines in the last 24 hours, the coverage of Indian Covid-19 vaccination has reached 1,62,26,07,516 with a temporary report until 7am, the ministry said.
So far 81,80,165 preventive doses have been given to beneficiaries that meet the requirements.
Of these, 27,40,418 was given to health workers, 26,87,668 against frontline workers and 27,52,079 against those aged over 60 years with comorbidity.
Administration of the dose of preventive measures starts on January 10.
In drive vaccination for children aged between 15-18 years, 4,19,32,411 vaccine doses have been given.
Their vaccination drive began on January 3 this year.
