Patna: The State Health Department on Monday reported the Covid-19 case in two digits for the first time after the third wave surge, with 99 people tested positive for 95,742 samples tested in the last 24 hours.
The last two digits were reported in the last week of December.
One reported death and toll because Covid-19 reached 12,252 in Bihar.
Count Covid so far is 8.29,050.
However, 8.15,574 of them recovered and there were 1223 active cases in the state.
Of the 99 new cases, 21 came from Patna, followed by Purnia (12), Vaishali (10) and Madhepura (10).
Fifteen districts did not report new cases, while others have less than ten cases.
In accordance with the information distributed by Aiims-Patna, a 70-year-old man from Bikran died on Monday morning.
