New Delhi: The Daily Covid case in Saudi Arabia has risen above 1,000 for the first time since August, while daily infections in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) cross 2,500 levels.
The authorities in the two Arab Bay countries did not break cases with Covid variants.
The two countries confirmed the case of their first Omicron variant in December.
Saudi Arabia on Sunday enrolled 1,024 new coronavirus infections and one death.
Daily cases have fallen below 100 in September.
UAE, currently host the World Fair, announced 2,600 new Coronavirus cases and three deaths.
