Pune: The Daily Covid-19 case fell to 643 in the Pune Metropolitan area (PMR) on Monday, with the Pimpri Chinchwad area added only 85 cases.
Rural areas report 427 new cases, while the PMC limit adds 128 infections on Monday.
Among the 873 recovery recorded in the region on Monday, 589 patients were declared recovered in the rural, 185 in the PMC and 89 limits in the Pimpri Chinchwad area.
A total of 21,769 samples were tested in the region on Monday, which included more than 11,000 tests carried out in rural areas.
The area’s front level for Monday reached 2.9%.
Calculate recovery increased to 10.72 lakh and the total positive case reached 10.99 lakh on Monday night.
A report released by the district health office stated that 13 more patients gave up on PMR infection on Monday, took the total death in the region to 18,510.
The report stated that the calculation of active patients at PMR reported slightly up to 7,970 on Monday night, including 3,398 patients in house isolation.
