Pune: Daily death because Covid-19 fell to seven in the Pune Metropolitan area (PMR) on Friday, including four deaths due to PMC limits.
With this, the number of progressive deaths reached 18,784 on Friday night.
These included 8,969 deaths reported from PMC limits so far, 6,006 victims of rural areas and Cantonese and 3,809 from the Pimpri Chinchwad area.
Daily recovery in this area rose above new cases on Friday.
A total of 1,033 patients recovered in this region in the last 24 hours as the addition of 974 new cases.
A report released by Health Officers Bhagwan Pawar stated that rural areas recorded 577 recovery as against the addition of 525 patients.
In the PMC limit, 241 patients were added on Friday, while Pimpri Chinchwad recorded 184 new cases.
This region has so far recorded the recovery of 10.97 lakh, while Tally of Post Caseload has reached 11.24 lakh.
This region tests more than 24,600 samples for infections on Friday.
The active case count continued to stay under 9,000 in the region on Friday night.
