Dakshina Kannada to start offline classes for second PU colleges from September 1

Mangaluru: Dakshina District Administration Kannada has decided to start the class on campus for second PU students with strict SOP in place September 1.

K V Rajendra said that detailed guidelines had been framed to help the start.
The second PU student currently has a little access to offline learning in the first year.
Therefore it has been decided to reopen the class to help students academically despite the district’s office levels more than 2%, “he said.

All students from the State of Kerala are needed to quarantine themselves for a week and RT-PCR tests must be done after a week.
Universities must have a Covid Care Center and Students in quarantine can attend online classes.
Student staff, teaching and non teaching who travels from Kerala must produce a negative RT-PCR certificate when the college is reopened and then every week, even if the faculty has received a full dose vaccination.
Class for Bachelor of Day and Dormitory Inmates will be carried out separately.

However, each college must take permission from DDPU before the start of the offline class.
