AGRA: A 18-year-old Dalit woman was allegedly molested with a 25-year-old male team employee of a private clinic where she had been admitted for treatment, on Tuesday night, at Mathura’s Kotwali Nagar.
An FIR was filed by the authorities on Wednesday.
The accused had united the hospital three days .
He’s not yet been detained.
According to authorities, the woman was admitted to this hospital with acute stomach ache.
She had been given a painkiller following having a check up from the physician.
After the woman was asleep, the man hospital personnel employee, recognized as a Shyam Gujjar, touched her inappropriately and attempted to molest her.
This was 1am.
The man returned after she got up.
The woman then advised her loved ones.
Her relatives need the CCTV cameras to be viewed with the authorities as part of proof.
Circle officer (Town ) Varun Kumar stated that the FIR was filed against the accused under sections 354 (assaults or uses criminal force to any girl or abets such action with the intent of disrobing or forcing her to be nude ), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 504 (deliberate insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) of IPC together with segments of their SC/ST Act.
The accused will be arrested shortly, ” he added.
