Coimbatore: Saravanampatti Police in Coimbatore has damaged the prostitution racket that works on behalf of the Ayurvedic Pain Relief Center.
The police arrested a man and a woman running a racket.
The arrests have been identified as S Mohannaj, 34, from Thaliyur near Thondaamuthur and K Dhanalakshmi, 22, from Kodiipalalayam.
Three women involved in meat trade in the age group 23 and 32 were saved.
Based on the tip-off, the police conducted an investigation on Thursday and found that the defendant raced the prostitution.
Police seized cellphones, Rs 4,000 Cash and two-wheeled from the defendant.
They registered a case.
