Said the district collector Amit Prakash Yadav “after reviewing the situation and demands of Covid-19 by the locals, we have forbid visitors from Dandi and Ubhrat Beach.
We are aware that many people get their daily income from tourism, but the steps are needed to avoid gathering people In large quantities.
We will relieve the limit depending on the situation.
“Mail beach, Navsari and Valsad are the most sought after hangouts for people in South Gujarat, especially during weekends when there is a heavy activity.
When asked about similar restrictions on Dumas Beach and Suvali in a letter, the Collector of the Ayush Oak District said, the administration continued to review the situation and not need a blanket ban like that.
In Valsad, Popular Tithal Beach remains closed on weekends after administrative orders.
